1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ng99 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ng99 online casino and sports betting platform, including all features, content, games, and services made available through ng99.bio and any associated applications (collectively, the "Service").

Where ng99 is found liable, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10Account Suspension and Termination

ng99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes; (c) the player has provided false identity information; (d) a court order or regulatory directive requires us to do so; or (e) the safety or integrity of the platform or other players is at risk.

If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, contact ng99 support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete rollover) will be returned via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not completed their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ng99 operates.
